InnoTERE was founded in 2004 with the aim to develop, produce and market novel products in the field of regenerative medicine. At present, products for bone tissue regeneration are at the forefront of our activities. These include the improvement of the nano- and microstructural properties of calcium phosphate cements, and the specific \'bioactivation\' of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) cements for better osteointegration. For both types of bone cements InnoTERE develops technology platforms to make these materials optimally suited for minimal invasive application. Furthermore, InnoTERE conducts scientific work on metallic bone implant materials as well as on the development of novel, high-tensile biomimetic composite materials.
