Acrylamp is an internationally patented light-technology. Any kind of flatband light sources are worked into transparent plates, mainly made of acrylic. Actual LED-technology has been further developed by Acrylamp by the invention of so called BLED-bands (BLEDs) these are LEDs on a flexible and narrow band. These BLEDs are embedded into a furrow which is worked out with a laser or a milling machine. This furrow can be sealed durably and without any voids depending on the intended use. The light shines into the plate, thus effecting a homogenous, non-glaring illumination with total heat conduction, even if high-capacity LEDs are used. At present only Acrylamp-technology is able to handle these problems. Depending on the type of application and quality of the used LEDs and the drive and control technology, Acrylamp BLED-products have a durability ranging from 30.000 up to 150.000 hours. Acrylamp BLED-technology can be run and controlled with every standard 12/24 VDC control loop.
